Helpdesk
Our IT Helpdesk is available to
you at all times during 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM AEST & office
hours in the Philippines. Special arrangements can also be made for 24/7 call
centre operations.

We provide a comprehensive
training programme for staff at the both the time of
installation and on an on-going basis.

Maintenance
Agreement
Our maintenance agreement includes; regular product enhancements and upgrades free of
charge. It also covers the unlikely event of a product
malfunctions and importantly we will investigate outages which
may often be more related to
connectivity / network or secondary equipment - nevertheless
we will often identify issues that other parties do not uncover.

Guarantee
As the manufacturers of the PowerConnex suite of products, we
guarantee to support our products under our client maintenance
agreement. Free support and maintenance is
included for 90-days with all our products. Of course,
all hardware is covered by the Manufacturers warranties.
