PowerScript
Provided your agents have access to PC's, the PowerScript
function is an effective means of improving customer interaction, automating
business processes and developing a consistent dialog with your clients.
PowerScript is intuitive by nature with fully branching
capability ie; when
activated, the result of one question will determine the next question asked;
displaying the question and field to capture the answer. Responses are
captured via a number of options; radio buttons, tick boxes, drop down lists or
free text. Agents can also gain an insight into the client relationship with
historical information displayed in either text or graphic format ie; past
donation history, seminar / appointment attendance etc. Managers can also easily
make changes to scripts; and in 'real-time'.
PowerScript displays everything your agents need within a single
environment, namely script guides, objection handlers, product info/intranet,
automated appointment setting for field reps or seminar attendance, with
automated electronic output/run-lists, access to financial gateways, back-end
CRMs or legacy systems etc.
