Remote Access: Flexible Workforce

Agents can access the PowerConnex system either onsite or from a remote location; providing you with the flexibility to deploy staff accordingly. Agents that are unable to attend the office on a particular day or alternatively on a permanent basis can now work from a home office or interstate without comprise to the dialling or reporting functions. 

You can manage one or more campaigns with full reporting functionality from the central dialler PC; assigning agents to campaigns accordingly. 

Agents access the system via the telephone; or alternatively via a PC. Agents are logged in and out from a central point upon confirmation of their availability to receive calls. 

Those agents working from home with a phone and no computer (PC), receive calls that are directed via the central PowerCall dialler system; meaning supervisors can determine the dialler mode and allocation of data for each agent ie; geographic segmentation. Agents need only use the phone touch tone buttons to interact with the dialler if required: eg 1 for "GO", 2 for "Call back", 3 for "Sale" etc. In addition, headsets suitable for home phones may be used by agents.

Agents with a computer (PC) at home can use the computer to access PowerScript and their specific campaign scripts.
